MCI 2011

Terra Firma Enterprises was contracted to develop, design and implement a full scale mass casualty incident exercise for Ventura County Emergency Medical Services. This exercise was developed to test Ventura County’s Emergency Triage and Pre-Hospital Treatment, On-Site Incident Management, and Communications capabilities. Over 350 participants and 21 local, state and federal agencies participated in this full scale exercise
